Manolis is a holistic therapist with extensive experience in world‑class resorts and spas across Crete, including Elounda Bay, Cayo Exclusive Resort and Minos Beach Art Hotel. He specialises in Reflexology, Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, combining precise technique with a deeply grounded, nurturing presence. Passionate about education, he also trains new spa therapists in Reflexology and spa techniques, passing on the philosophy of holistic care to the next generation.

In 2019 he presented “The Olive Tree: The Sacred Tree Through the Ages” at the Panhellenic Congress of Greek Traditional Medicine, exploring the timeless link between Greek land and health. This research led to the creation of “DIKTYNNA” in 2020 – a signature line of natural remedies, essential oils and tinctures that he integrates with care into every session. Faithful to the Hippocratic principle of Philanthropia, Manolis also offers his services to Multiple Sclerosis awareness actions and consistently supports the “EY ZO with Cancer” association, seeing therapy as an act of service that reaches the heart of human connection.

Maria is an Assistant Physical Therapist and Senior Spa Specialist with a strong background in therapeutic massage and advanced muscle‑relief techniques. She holds a Diploma in Physical Therapy Assistance (IEK Akmi) and is also an Aesthetics & Body Treatment Specialist, allowing her to bridge clinical knowledge with luxurious body rituals.

Having collaborated with leading luxury resorts across Crete – including InterContinental Crete by IHG, Elounda Spa Villa, Minos Beach Art Hotel, NIKO Seaside Resort, Aquila Elounda Village and Aegeo Spas – she brings a high level of professionalism and discretion to every session. Maria’s approach is rooted in personalised care and impeccable hygiene standards, ensuring that each treatment becomes a journey of rejuvenation, physical restoration and deep relaxation.
