Your treatment continues long after you leave the spa. With a few simple rituals at home, you can extend the benefits of your session and support your body’s natural healing process.
After a Body Treatment or Massage
Hydrate
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support detoxification and circulation.
Take it Slow
Avoid intense exercise, sauna or hot baths for the next few hours so your body can fully relax and integrate the treatment
Let the Oils Work
Avoid showering for 2–3 hours so the herbal oils can fully absorb and continue nourishing your skin
Listen to Your Body
If you feel sleepy, allow yourself to rest; if you feel energised, keep movements gentle and mindful.
After a Facial Ritual
Keep Skin Hydrated
Drink water and use a gentle moisturiser if needed to maintain your glow.
Avoid Heavy Makeup
Give your skin time to breathe; avoid foundation and heavy products for the rest of the day if possible.
Skip Heat & Scrubs
Avoid sauna, steam room and strong exfoliants for 24 hours to protect the skin barrier.
Sun & Herbal Oils
St. John’s Wort Alert
If St. John’s Wort oil was used, avoid direct sun exposure on the treated areas for at least 12 hours and use sun protection.
After‑Sun Comfort
Calendula‑based care can help soothe and moisturise sun‑exposed skin. Reapply a light layer in the evening if needed.
Caring for Your Products
- Store your elixirs and balms in a cool, shaded place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Close bottles tightly after each use to preserve their aroma and potency.
